Qualifications
- At least 6 months Telco Customer Service or Telco Collections experience
- High School or Senior High School graduate (with diploma/certificate)
- At least B2 English proficiency
- 18 years old and above
- Not currently enrolled and no plans to study within the next 2 years
- Willing to work full-time on a shifting schedule
- Not a former Teleperformance employee
- No Teleperformance application within the last 30 days
- Computer literate with good web navigation skills
- Can start ASAP

- Handle customer inquiries related to telecom products and services.
- Resolve billing, account, and service concerns efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance standards.
