Position: Customer Service Representative TELCO Account

Employment Term: 6 Months BPO Experience (International Voice Account)

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Night Shift

Start Date: December 12

Salary: Up to PHP 27,000

Retention Bonus: PHP 25,000

Qualifications

  • K-12 Graduate / Senior High School (New Curriculum)
  • Open to Senior High School graduates or those who completed at least 2 years in college (Old Curriculum)
  • Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for our TELCO account, you will:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, billing concerns, and technical support
  • Provide clear and professional communication during calls
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate documentation of each interaction
