Qualifications
At least High School Graduate (College level or degree preferred)
Minimum 6 months BPO experience (Telco experience is a plus!)
Experience working in a US night shift environment
Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications
Detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused
Willing to work onsite in Ortigas and attend onsite interviews
