Job Description

Well provide training so you can

  • Manage reasonable amounts of social media queries such as Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, and emails.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information aligned with the Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process reservations, and ensure
  • smooth coordination between the other departments.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • College Graduate with at least 1 year and up CSR experience role.
  • Vocational Graduate with at least 2 years customer service role.
  • Strong non-voice/email handling skills and active listening.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
