Customer Service Representative

Qualifications

• Medical Allied Graduates / Board Passers (Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy)
• Medical Allied Undergraduates (at least 3rd year completed)
• Experience in HMO or Insurance (LOA Issuer or Claims Processor) is an advantage
• Non-Medical Graduates with at least 1 year of BPO/Call Center experience
• Good English and Tagalog communication skills
• Computer literate
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provides the highest standards of service to members regarding general inquiries on
  
  

benefit utilization, LOA issuance, exclusions, approval status, policy coverage, and other

related concerns.

• Handles member complaints and feedback, providing appropriate resolutions consistently
  
  

and professionally.

• Meets service-level targets by achieving high productivity within predetermined
  
  

timeframes.

• Coordinates with the technical team, insurers, brokers, or service providers to meet
• Performs other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
