Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Management or any business related course
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge
  • Experience in customer service or insurance background is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responds to customer inquries via phone, email, and in-person interaction.
  • Providing accurate informtion regarding insurances, policies, claims, and billing.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Coordinating with internal department to ensure customer concerns are addressed.
  • Educate customer on products and services to improve understanding and satisfaction.
