Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound call channels.

2.Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, order status, billing concerns, and general support issues.

3.Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively and efficiently, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.

4.Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, actions taken, and resolutions provided, in the system.

5.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services, contributing to revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Skills / Qualifications:

1.Proficient in spoken and written English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2.Must be fluent in Spanish (Spanish-speaking ability is required).

3.Previous customer service experience is preferred, ideally in the home furnishing or retail industry.

4.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to efficiently handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns.

5.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6.Positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

7.Flexible and willing to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

8.Knowledge of home furnishing products and current design trends is an advantage.
