If you're tech-savvy, love solving puzzles (like where is my package), and can switch between a professional email and a friendly Instagram DM without breaking a sweat, we want to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Order Management: Answering high-volume emails regarding order status, shipping updates, and general product inquiries
  • Real-Time Support: Managing our Shopify Chat to assist customers while they shop, helping to convert browsers into buyers
  • Social Engagement: Monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages on Facebook and Instagram with speed and personality
  • Problem Solving: Resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure a 5-star experience every time

What We're Looking For

  • Platform Proficiency: Previous experience using Shopify is a major plus
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written English with the ability to adapt your tone (from formal email to casual social media)
  • Tech Savvy: Strong general computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
