What You'll Be Doing
- Order Management: Answering high-volume emails regarding order status, shipping updates, and general product inquiries
- Real-Time Support: Managing our Shopify Chat to assist customers while they shop, helping to convert browsers into buyers
- Social Engagement: Monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages on Facebook and Instagram with speed and personality
- Problem Solving: Resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure a 5-star experience every time
What We're Looking For
- Platform Proficiency: Previous experience using Shopify is a major plus
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written English with the ability to adapt your tone (from formal email to casual social media)
