Customer Service Representative - Sales Account (Australian Account)

About the Role

Join a fast-paced Australian sales team where you'll handle inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups, understand customer needs, and convert warm leads into successful bookings.

Location: BGC, Taguig

Work Schedule & Set Up: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM) | Full Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and outbound follow-up calls.
• Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve booking and sales conversion targets.
• Handle objections professionally and provide value-based recommendations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups using CRM.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of inbound and/or outbound sales experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
• Experience supporting Australian or other Western markets is highly preferred.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Excellent English communication with a neutral accent.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and working in a target-driven environment.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig on a Day Shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
