Customer Service Representative (Retail Account)

Movate Philippines Inc. is seeking a enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Antipolo City, Rizal office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our retail accounts, ensuring our clients receive the support they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and care
• Providing product and service information to customers
• Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve customer service

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• Enthusiasm, patience, and a customer-centric mindset
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
