Customer Service Representative Retail Account

Job Role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Teleperformance's Retail Account, you will provide excellent customer service to international customers through voice interactions. You will assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate assistance.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related requests.

Provide clear and professional communication in English.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while following company policies and procedures.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Document customer interactions and update account information as needed.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of customer-facing experience.

BPO Experience Is Not Required.

High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.

Excellent English communication skills.

Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.

Willing to work in Fairview, Quezon City.
