Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with product and service-related concerns.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- No Call Center Experience Required
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Senior High School Graduate
- C1 English proficiency
- Open to Freshers
- Willing to work onsite in Molino, Bacoor, Cavite
- Amenable to a shifting schedule
