Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, develop, and manage end-to-end event logistics, including exhibitor and visitor coordination, program development, and on-site operations
  • Coordinate customer outreach, invitation management, registration (pre-event and on-site), and post-event follow-up
  • Research and evaluate venues; negotiate and manage vendor services including catering, AV, and event support
  • Prepare event budgets, forecasts, and post-event reports including cost analysis and attendee feedback
  • Ensure events meet revenue, cost, and profitability targets
  • Provide customer service support via voice, email, and chat channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support customer engagement throughout the event process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction
