Summary:

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives. This role is well-suited for professionals with experience in financial accounts who can deliver accurate, compliant, and high-quality customer interactions. The Inbound Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality inbound customer support for credit card and banking-related services. This role requires a strong understanding of financial service processes, a commitment to compliance, and the ability to provide accurate and professional customer assistance.

Based onsite at our Rizal office, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers while upholding service standards and financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to credit card and banking products and services.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and compliant responses to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer concerns in accordance with established financial policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, call quality, and professionalism.
  • Document customer interactions, actions taken, and resolutions in internal systems.
  • Adhere to all data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Consistently meet individual and team performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment with Financial Service industry experience / background.
  • Prior experience supporting financial services, banking, or credit card accounts is required.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Rizal on a full-time basis.
  • Willingness to work a night shift aligned with US (EST) hours.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or call center systems.
