The Role:
We're hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative in San Pedro, Laguna.
You'll handle customer inquiries across voice, chat, and email, solve problems, and ensure every customer has a smooth and positive experience. You'll work closely with management in a small team where your input truly matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with BPO or customer service experience who wants to grow with a new company instead of being just another number in a large corporation.
