Work set up: Hybrid (Eastwood, Quezon City)
Schedule:9am-6pm UK Monday to Friday
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in guiding customers through the entire process. The main focus will be from first inquiry to delivery. However on occasions up to final installation and any issues that may arise. You'll be assisting customers via chat, and email, providing expert knowledge and exceptional service. On occasions you will be expected to call the customers.
