WE'RE HIRING: Customer Service Representative (Order Management)

Ortigas, Pasig City | Onsite | Night Shift

We're looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy CSRs to handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to order placement, tracking, modifications, and cancellations. Be part of a fast-paced team ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • At least college level
  • Minimum 6 months BPO experience
  • Preferably with order management (voice & back office) and CRM experience
  • Comfortable speaking English
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
  • Amenable to night shift
