Qualifications
- At least college level
- Minimum 6 months BPO experience
- Preferably with order management (voice & back office) and CRM experience
- Comfortable speaking English
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
- Amenable to night shift
