Summary: GoTeam is seeking a motivated
Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer support while performing data entry responsibilities. You will interact primarily through email with Charge Electric branches and clients, collaborating with the onshore customer service team to complete tickets and tasks.

Key Duties:
- Provide top-notch customer support through various communication channels.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Engage in heavy email communication within Charge Electric branches and clients.
- Collaborate with the onshore customer service team to complete tickets and tasks.
- Potentially transition to a voice role, taking calls to provide customer support.
Skills And Experience
Essential Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
