Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 months of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
- High school diploma or equivalent additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
