Job Description
We are hiring Chat Support Agents to assist customers through chat and email. This is a non-voice position.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Document customer interactions
- Escalate complex concerns when needed
- Meet quality and performance standards
Qualifications
- No experience required
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- High School, Senior High School, or College graduates
- Good written English communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Customer-focused and willing to learn
- Able to multitask and pay attention to details
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
