Customer Service Representative | Non Voice

Atain is looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team in Alabang. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels regarding hotel availability, room rates, and amenities

• Book, modify, and cancel hotel reservations quickly and accurately

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints

• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services

• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions

• Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams

• Support continuous improvement in customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional approach

• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities

• Comfortable using computer systems and hotel reservation software

• Experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles (Hotel, Travel, Airline, Cruise, Casino, Concierge experience is a plus!)

• Proficient in English (written and verbal)

• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

• Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
