What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies, financial products, account servicing, and coverage information
• Provide professional customer support through voice interactions
• Assist customers with policy-related concerns, account maintenance, and service requests
• Resolve customer concerns accurately while delivering a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Follow compliance requirements and company procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications

Completed at least 2 years in college

Minimum of 18 months BPO experience

At least 1 year of Insurance experience

Background in Financial Services, Life Insurance, Auto Loans, Property Loans, Banking, or Insurance Operations preferred

Strong English communication skills

Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
