About The Role
This is a full-time customer service role at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc., based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this non-voice position, you will be handling customer inquiries and issues through email and chat channels.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via calls, email and chat
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and communicate feedback to the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective case resolution
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
