Job Description

Working Setup:Onsite

Location:McKinley Hill, Taguig City

Schedule:Night Shift

Salary:Will depend on qualifications and experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls for avoiced international financial account, providing accurate and professional customer support.
  2. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, billing concerns, and issue resolution while ensuring data privacy and compliance with financial guidelines.
  3. Deliver excellent customer service by troubleshooting concerns efficiently and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  4. Meet performance metrics such as call quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least6 months of experiencein customer service, preferably in avoiced international account.
  • Educational background:Associate degree graduatesorat least 3rd-year undergraduate studentsare welcome to apply,provided they have no failing grades.
  • Background in handling afinancial or banking-related accountis a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or clear English accent.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must be adaptable, customer-focused, and able to manage confidential financial information responsibly.
