Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa City
We are looking for experienced agents with a background in Mortgage Servicing, Mortgage Insurance, Insurance Operations, Claims, Escrow, Loss Draft, Customer Service, or Financial Services to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for supporting customers, borrowers, insurance agents, lenders, and internal stakeholders while ensuring accurate processing, documentation, and servicing of mortgage and insurance-related requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist with mortgage and/or insurance-related inquiries, requests, and account updates.
- Review, validate, and process documents while ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders to resolve inquiries and exceptions.
- Support servicing activities related to insurance, claims, escrow, payments, mortgage accounts, and policy administration.
- Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred or at least college level
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in BPO or Customer Service, preferably Mortgage Servicing, Mortgage Insurance, Insurance Operations, Claims, Financial Services, or Banking
- Experience handling inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, systems, and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.
