Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Answering customer service queries over the phone and via email
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times
- Working as part of a proactive team to ensure all phone calls are answered, handle and recorded on the system
- Following CS policies and procedures
- Prioritizing complaints and ensuring all queries are followed up and recorded on the Zendesk
- Liaising with a number of internal departments, stores and fulfilment centers
- Providing knowledge of product line, prices, delivery times, online orders, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required
- Ad hoc duties as they arise
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- With at least 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and Zendesk
