Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Answering customer service queries over the phone and via email
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Working as part of a proactive team to ensure all phone calls are answered, handle and recorded on the system
  • Following CS policies and procedures
  • Prioritizing complaints and ensuring all queries are followed up and recorded on the Zendesk
  • Liaising with a number of internal departments, stores and fulfilment centers
  • Providing knowledge of product line, prices, delivery times, online orders, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required
  • Ad hoc duties as they arise


What You Need:
Non-negotiables
  • With at least 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and Zendesk
