Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mall of Asia, Pasay

Work setup & shift: Onsite | Night Shift Schedule

Job Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative will perform a range of data entry duties that include but are not limited to the following: data entry, reviewing clientele demographics and IRS transcripts, assisting in communicating with clients(outbound calls, emails/chats), reviewing and entering client's documents into the tax software system to support the tax preparation team.

Qualifications

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail and High Sense of Accountability Proficient.
  • Computer skills – Microsoft Office, E-mail, G-suite
  • Must be proficient in speaking in English

- Must have experience with doing outbound calls, emails and client communications

  • Excellent Organizational, Time-management, Written, and Communication Skills

Nice To Have And Not Required

  • Salesforce, Lacerte (Tax Software), Amazon Connect, Microsoft Office.
