Description

  • Utilize Salesforce for managing sales pipeline and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Experience Level: 0-2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong command of the English language, problem-solving abilities, and customer service skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Experience with call center operations and sales pitching/closure is a plus
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries
