CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (NON-VOICE ACCOUNT)

QUEZON CITY (ETON CENTRIS)

Urgently need for the class on March 9, 2026 Start Date.

Role Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a non-voice account. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will assist customers through chat, email, or other online platforms. The main responsibility is to provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or online messaging platforms
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or account concerns
  • Handle customer issues professionally and in a timely manner
  • Document customer interactions and update records properly
  • Follow company guidelines and maintain quality service standards
  • Work with the team to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Good written communication skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Willing to work on-site in Quezon City
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules
  • High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or college undergraduate are welcome to apply
