Role Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a non-voice account. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will assist customers through chat, email, or other online platforms. The main responsibility is to provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or online messaging platforms
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or account concerns
- Handle customer issues professionally and in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions and update records properly
- Follow company guidelines and maintain quality service standards
- Work with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Good written communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
- Willing to work on-site in Quezon City
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
- High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or college undergraduate are welcome to apply
