Role Description

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include managing calls, emails, or chat inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear and effective communication to address customer needs. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cebu.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and resolve issues.
  • Proficiency in call handling techniques and email or chat communication.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to manage customer concerns efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Cebu and adhere to assigned schedules.
