Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from customers

- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Document interactions in the system
- Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- College Graduate or UnderGraduate(with 1year experience of Healthcare account)
- SHS Graduate
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
