Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by answering inquiries and providing information about products and services
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Build positive relationships with customers and identify their needs
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service and performance goals
- Participate in training and development programs to learn sales and lead generation techniques
- Support business growth by identifying potential opportunities when appropriate
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
Work Setup & Schedule
- Onsite - Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PH Time
