Job Description

HIRING: Customer Service Representatives

Are you a people person with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. No experience No problem — we provide training to help you develop your skills and grow your career!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by answering inquiries and providing information about products and services
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Build positive relationships with customers and identify their needs
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service and performance goals
  • Participate in training and development programs to learn sales and lead generation techniques
  • Support business growth by identifying potential opportunities when appropriate

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required

Work Setup & Schedule

  • Onsite - Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PH Time
