Job Summary
As a Japanese Bilingual CSR, you will be the primary contact for Japanese-speaking customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing excellent customer support across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and sales in both Japanese and English.
- Handle product inquiries, sales, order statuses, and issue resolution professionally.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
- Document customer interactions accurately using CRM systems.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese and English (verbal and written).
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles preferred, particularly handling a retail and sales account.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage difficult situations with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite and flexible with shifting schedules
