Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Santa Rosa City. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities include managing customer interactions, answering queries, offering products or services, and documenting customer feedback. The position requires empathy, active listening, and strong communication skills to meet and exceed customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to effectively assist and address customer needs.
  • Skills in managing Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a positive Customer Experience at all touchpoints.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
  • Computer proficiency, including familiarity with customer management systems and basic software applications.
  • Fluency in English and/or other relevant languages.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial but not mandatory.
