Your Role:As a
Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with general inquiries
- Provide order status updates and support customers with general inquiries
- Escalate calls requiring detailed product knowledge to appropriate team members
- Enter and clean up product data in Excel to be used to post new products to the company website, ensuring accurate titles and descriptions
- Apply basic SEO understanding when naming and titling products (preferred, not required)
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal team members
What You Need:
Non-negotiables- Previous customer service and data entry experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to problem-solve and think independently
- Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus
- Labels, printing, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
