We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Operations team for the BDO Account. This is a billable role where you'll handle inbound customer concerns and provide top-tier service across a range of banking-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Handling inbound calls via our hotline system.
Addressing inquiries and concerns such as:
Waivers and reversals
Installment programs
Card delivery and application follow-up
Credit limit increases
SOA requests
Transaction disputes and general account questions
Accurately capturing and processing data.
Delivering professional, clear, and empathetic customer communication.
Required
College graduate OR at least 2 years in college or vocational school (preferably in a Financial course)
If not a college graduate, at least 3 months of BPO experience in a customer service role
Proficient in English and Filipino (oral and written)
Strong grammar, clear pronunciation, and professional communication
Basic computer literacy
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
Willingness to relocate if required (with relocation package)
Preferred (Nice To Have)
Previous experience with BDO or holding a BDO Credit Card
