ROLE OVERVIEW

Join a dynamic team dedicated to assisting clients in navigating personal insurance policies. This role involves supporting clients by explaining insurance coverages in simple language and assisting with auto, home, renters, umbrella, and select commercial policies. As the main point of contact, you'll handle policy changes, address billing questions, and manage renewals and endorsements, ensuring every client request is attended to with the utmost care.

Contribute to our agency's growth by collaborating closely with fellow team members to support producers and sales efforts, transforming prospects from quote stages to successful policy closures. Engage with clients proactively to build strong relationships through second-mile customer service, aiming to enhance coverage options and increase client retention. This remote night shift position supports clients primarily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 1+ year of Property & Casualty insurance experience
• Experience with EZLynx or similar agency management systems is a plus
• Familiarity with carrier portals and quoting systems
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel
