Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: Remote
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 PHP Monthly + 13 Month Pay & Benefits
Schedule:
Tuesday - Friday 9:00pm-8:00am (Manila Time)
Saturday - Tuesday 9:00pm-8:00am (Manila Time)
Wednesday - Saturday 8:00pm-6:00am (Manila Time)
Sunday - Wednesday 8:00pm-6:00am (Manila Time)
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service, technical support, or callcenter experience (preferred in field service or hardware support environments).
- Strong communication skillsclear, patient, and professional.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable learning technical details about parking equipment and software systems.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems, CRM tools, or service dispatch software (training provided).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls related to parking equipment issues, malfunctions, or service needs.
- Provide initial troubleshooting guidance using established scripts, knowledge bases, and diagnostic tools.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately.
- Create service tickets in the company's ticketing system with complete and accurate details of the issue.
- Assign and dispatch tickets to appropriate field technicians in accordance with scheduling guidelines.
- Monitor open tickets, follow up on delays, and keep customers updated on technician ETA and progress.
