We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a busy and supportive sales support team.

About the Role In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams ensuring all incoming enquiries are handled professionally and orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers, colleagues and suppliers
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders for delivery or collection
- Generate transfer orders, pick lists and process invoices
- Manage sample requests and internal order coordination
- Process payments including cash and cheque transactions (where applicable)
- Verify and reconcile receivables
- Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism and diplomacy
- Support general administrative and sales coordination tasks
About You
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre or sales support roles
- Fluency in Spanish is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational and time management capability
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
