ClearSource is seeking anexceptional customer service professionalto join our team as aCustomer Service Representative.

In this role, you will providecustomer supportfor our client's premium home appliance warranty. You will help customers eliminate the stress and hassle of many home maintenance services. We need individuals with1-2 years experiencestrong focus oncustomer supportwho can think positively, solve problems, and deliver friendly, effective solutions.

What you will do as aCustomer Service Representative.

  • Follow -up with internal and external customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved.
  • Discuss coveredandnon-covereditemsoncalls, including out-of-pocket costs.
  • Send emailsandcollaboratewith departments for customer support.
  • Manage recallsand opendispatch tickets.
  • Respondto customeremailsandphone calls.
  • Attempt toretain dissatisfied customers.
  • Serve as theinitial point of contactfor the Home Warranty Campaign.
  • Answercustomer questions aboutcoverage limitsand account changes.
  • Processbilling inquiriesandpayments.
  • Handlepre-appointmentwork orders.

What We're Looking For

  • At least High Schoolor equivalent
  • 1+ year of experiencein acall centerorcustomer supportrole.
  • Strong English communications skills
  • Acustomer-first mindsetwith the ability tolisten, empathize,and delivertimely, accurate solutions.
