Job Description

  • Attends tot Healthcare's general inquiries, facilitates out-patient availments thru the 24/7 Hotline.
  • Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of EastWest Healthcare Members

thru the 24/7 Hotline.

  • Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.
  • Billing and payment verification
  • Cross departmental Collaboration
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate

superior

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4 YEAR Bachelor of Science course.
  • Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
  • With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.
  • With good communication skills.
  • Willing to work on a rotational shift.
  • With good internet connection
  • With Computer/Desktop equipment

Salary Offer

16,000.00-18,000/month (depends on experience and qualifications)

Schedule

Monday-Friday

8:00AM-5: 00PM

Onsite (shifting schedule)
