Now Hiring: Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We're looking for compassionate, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Healthcare Customer Service Representatives (CSR). In this role, you'll assist members, patients, and healthcare providers by delivering exceptional service while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding healthcare benefits, claims, eligibility, billing, and provider services.
  • Assist members with understanding health plan coverage and available services.
  • Resolve customer concerns accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.
  • Document all customer interactions in the appropriate systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive customer information in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction performance goals.
  • Stay up to date on healthcare policies, procedures, and program changes.

Qualifications

  • College Graduate with at least 3 months of BPO experience
  • Previous customer service, healthcare, insurance, or call center experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience using multiple applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and onsite
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
