Job Description
We are seeking Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to provide support for patient inquiries, insurance concerns, and service-related requests while ensuring accurate information and quality service at all times.
Responsibilities
- Respond to patient and client inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide guidance on healthcare services, claims, and coverage
- Assist with documentation and claim-related processes
- Accurately record all customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
- Maintain service quality and performance standards
Schedule & Training
- Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
- Paid training on healthcare systems and company processes
Requirements
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College level preferred)
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-oriented with attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
