Job Description
The customer service representative will be responsible for answering calls, provide product information, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer's problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry that crosses your desk.
Qualifications
- Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
- Should be PHRNs should have background working in BPO companies in a Healthcare Account
- Flexible to cross trained to different LOBs as needed by the business
- Excellent Communication skills
Requirements
- At least 2nd year college educational attainment
- With at least 2 years experience working as a customer service representative in the BPO industry
- Must have the following documents ready - TOR (Transcript of records) or diploma, 3 months payslip and SSS employment history
- 100% onsite work arrangement
- Flexible to rotational shift schedule arrangement
- PHRN Worker's compensation
