What You'll Do
- Assist members with healthcare and pension benefit inquiries
- Provide support through phone, email, and chat
- Explain benefit plans, eligibility, and account information clearly
- Process enrollments, account updates, and service requests
- Maintain accurate documentation while handling confidential information
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare BPO environment
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using multiple systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig
