Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account (Davao City)

Onsite | Up to ₱20,000/month | Full-time

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle healthcare-related inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Assist customers with benefits, coverage, claims, and provider information
  • Provide accurate account and healthcare plan support
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Document interactions and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
  • High School, Senior High School, college level, or college graduate
  • At least 3–6 months of customer service, call center, healthcare, or related experience
  • Good English communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and multitasking skills
  • Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Work Setup
  • Onsite in Davao City
  • Shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Paid training from Day 1
