Job Responsibilities
- Handle healthcare-related inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with benefits, coverage, claims, and provider information
- Provide accurate account and healthcare plan support
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues when needed
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- High School, Senior High School, college level, or college graduate
- At least 3–6 months of customer service, call center, healthcare, or related experience
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking skills
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
