About the Job
Key Duties:
- Process work requests via websites, emails, & calls
- Update work ticket statuses & project records
- Coordinate scheduling & documentation
- Assist with customer inquiries & support team organization
- Maintain accuracy in scheduling software & Google Calendar
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual is a PLUS!
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills
- Ability to type 40 WPM
- Positive attitude & high attention to detail
