Job Description
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information across voice, chat, and email channels while ensuring a positive overall customer experience at all times.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information about services, accounts, and processes
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Accurately document all customer interactions and updates
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training
- Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
- Paid training on customer service tools and company processes
Requirements
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
- Strong English communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
