Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding utility services, billing, and account concerns.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduates (Bachelor's Degree in any field).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and navigation skills.
- Willing to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
- Willing to work on a day shift schedule.
- Can start immediately.
